Field engineers access AFS by PDAs, allowing us to allocate jobs according to the geographic location, parts stock and skill set, engineers can also self-allocate jobs outside of office hours. Using this facility, engineers also close their field visits, order parts receive instructions to machine issues that have been resolved by diagnosed by the help-desk. Delivered to the engineers via AFS and updated daily, the system allows engineers to prepare for jobs, get help when the resolution isn’t obvious and ultimately resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All engineers have vehicle kits, with equipment specific to the machines serviced in their region; together with part banks, strategically placed, Medray achieves an extremely high first-time-fix rate.
Our engineering team is trained by the equipment manufacturer’s own technical teams, ensuring the correct knowledge for support of equipment.
