Orders placed prior to 2.30 pm are normally delivered the following working day.
Customers will be informed if items are not currently in stock and those items will be delivered by arrangement.
Our logistic partners are employed for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom to deliver goods to the address you specify. There is no delivery charge for orders over €100/£150 within the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom. Orders below €100/£150 will incur a delivery charge of €7/ £20.
Medray reserves the right to refuse any order placed where there is any indication that the goods may be used for any unlawful purpose or where the purchaser exceeds the payment terms as dictated by the company.
Medray reserves the right to insist on payment for goods in advance of dispatch.
The waiting period for embroidered items is approximately 1-3 weeks.
