To register with the Medray Dosimetry Service, you must read the Terms and Conditions and submit an Application Form.

Unless it has been agreed otherwisewith the Dosimetry Service, the customer shall provide us in advance with a purchase order number to cover the provision of the service over the full calendar year. This shall cover all charges which may arise, including

1. Charges for dosimetry measurements
2. Replacement of lost or damaged dosemeters
3. Supply of dosemeter holders
