MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to oversee the day-to-day marketing activities of our organisation and to focus on creating campaigns that promote the company, products, service or events, as well as analysing and reporting on findings and devising new ways to market products. It is an extremely fast-paced and varied job.

 

The Role

  • Managing the Companies CMS content
  • Keeping the Website updated
  • Preparing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Budgeting
  • Generating reports
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Liaising with designers and the media
  • Liaising with the Sales Director and Sales Operations Manager
  • Digital and online marketing

Qualifications / Qualities

The suitable candidate must have: -

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing or a professional marketing qualification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Writing and numerical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of Social Media platforms and SEO

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE 

Overview

We are seeking to employ a purchasing manager responsible for procuring goods and services for resale or company use. The suitable candidate must seek the best available products from our multiple suppliers at for the lowest price. They must evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and review product quality.

 

The Role

  • Source and order suitable products as per customers’ requirements
  • Logging all price changes and updates
  • Handling product queries, back orders, returns and repeat business
  • Monitoring and ensuring appropriate stock levels
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to reduce overheads and costs to improve competitivness
  • To obtain quote requests for new items and to amend Purchase Information Records accordingly
  • To process all purchase orders in timely manner
  • Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary
  • Liaise with the Customer Care team and Warehouse to ensure adequate levels of stock
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Administration duties including preparation of reports, presentations and business correspondences

Qualifications / Qualities

The suitable candidate must have: -

  • An undergraduate degree supply chain management, logistics or business administration
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of purchasing or role related experience
  • Excellent Negotiation and Networking skills
  • Ability to source similar, alternative or new products
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and a working knowledge of SAP
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate great organisational skills and commercial awareness
  • Strong attention to detail is essential

RADIOLOGY - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE 

Overview

Irelands’ most progressive radiology supply company requires a clinical professional with a Radiology qualification and background.  The role involves the managing and developing of the x-ray and dental sectors within Irelands’ hospitals.  The role includes marketing, selling and clinical training for all our radiology modalities, lead apparel and accessories.  

 

The Role

  • To oversee the sales process and attract new clients
  • Introduce new products and identify market opportunities
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage opportunities
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches
  • Deliver Applications Training to existing and new users of purchased equipment

Qualifications / Qualities

The suitable candidate must have: -

  • Be qualified as a Radiographer and/or Sonographer  
  • A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience
  • The confident to carry out applications training
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An outgoing, dynamic personality and will be able to build good working relationships
  • Ability to work in a field-based role managing time and customers’ needs
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills and commercial awareness
  • Be exposed to a PACS environment would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have the capacity to prioritise and see tasks through to completion
  • Full Clean Irish Driving Licence

Salary   

The package includes a strong basic, commission, company car, mobile, laptop and a 9 to 5 working week.

 

DENTAL - BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

Irelands’ fastest growing dental company requires a sales executive with a background in dental background, i.e. sales or dental nurse.  The role involves the managing and developing of high street dental market  within a given territory.  The role includes marketing, promoting and selling our dental portfolio of products which include equipment, consumables and accessories. 

 

The Role

  • To oversee the sales process and attract new clients
  • Introduce new products and identify market opportunities
  • To promote and sell our extensive range of Dental products to High Street Dental Practices
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage opportunities
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches

Qualifications / Qualities

The suitable candidate must have: -

  • Experience in the dental market and familiar with the products used  
  • A minimum of 3-5 years dental related experience

ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN

Overview

We are looking for a certified Accounting Technician or someone who has at least 3 years working in a similar role. Working alongside our financial controller they will assist in a wide range of accountancy, financial and taxation tasks. For the right candidate this may be an opportunity to working towards an AAT qualification.

 

The Role

  • Debtors Control
    • Monthly customer statements run by email and post.
    • Managing customer accounts queries efficiently and professionally
    • Credit control management and debt collections
  • Creditors Control
    • Verifying and processing overhead invoices daily
    • Verifying and Posting Staff expenses monthly
    • Verifying and Posting Visa Expenses at month end
    • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Banking
    • Posting and allocating cheque receipts daily
    • Bank lodgements of customer cheque receipts weekly
    • Posting and allocating online receipts daily
    • Posting and allocating online payments
    • Managing and reconciliation of online customer payments via Realex
  • Others
    • Daily Post management and distribution and other Ad hoc as required

Qualifications / Qualities

The suitable candidate must have: -

  • Be a certified Accounting Technician or
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience and working knowledge of SAP Software - Essential
  • Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer ethos, to develop trusted customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional Numerical skills

Salary   

The package will be dependent upon experience and qualifications. A strong basic, commission, company car, mobile, laptop and a 9 to 5 working week.
