Managing DirectorAidan O'Reilly
Aidan, began his career in Agfa where he worked in consumer imaging for almost 15 years. He then set-up a chain of high street printing shops in 1992 before purchasing Medray Photo Systems in 2000. He now manages an increasing workforce of 20 staff and a growing portfolio of healthcare brands.
Service Operations ManagerSandra McGlone
Sandra is Service Operations Manager of our award winning Service Dept.Sandra started with the company in 2001 and with her wealth of knowledge and experience was involved in many divisions within the company prior to returning to the service division as Service Operations Manager where she played a pivotal role in the company being awarded many prestigious awards including ‘Service Leader of the Year’ in 2008. Prior to joining Medray, Sandra served in very varied sales, service and supervisory roles for Agfa Ireland, working in the photographic, x-ray and graphic divisions. Sandra studied French, German and Linguistics in UCD achieving distinctions in all subjects.

MD Protec MediaSiobhan Crowley
Siobhan follows the same steps as our Managing Director, has worked for Agfa Gevaert and has extensive experience of multi-national disciplines. Siobhan (Sales Director), managers the Sales Executives and Customer Care team and the development of our growing sales divisions. Siobhan is also the Managing Director of our sister company Protec Media, the distributors of Fuji Professional recording media.
Finance DirectorBarbara Gregg
Barbara is an ACCA qualified accountant with a higher level B.A. Degree in Accounting & Finance, and an NVQ and a HND in Print Journalism & Media Management. She joined Medray in 2007 and deals with all debtor, creditor, bank, account application, general finance and accounts queries as well as budgeting and financial planning.
Logistics Manager ISO MGMT Rep.Noel Gregg
Noel joins the company with a wealth of experience in the field of Logistics and a third level qualification in Warehouse Management. Noel's initial function will be to restructure our warehouse, followed by an examination in how we can improve our delivery to you, the customer. The final part of his brief will be the stock management of our extending portfolio of products, ensuring stock rotation, expiry dates and batch recording are documented. Noel is a keen sports competitor and regularly competes in marathons and triathlons.
Service Engineers:
Michael Browne
Michael has been an IT professional with 12 years experience in the industry. With a wide variety of skills he is recognised as an excellent trouble-shooter and faultfinder in all aspects of IT. He has worked in the pharmaceutical environment as an 'IT Specialist - infrastructure' for 8 years and is proving to be a valuable asset to our company and industry. Michael is also Prince II trained.
John Nolan
John installs and decommissions both conventional and digital systems. Coming from a electro-mechanical background his problem solving is second to none. With a growing aptitude for digital technology and passing on knowledge, John has quickly established himself as one of our leading product instructors / trainers.
Tom Wade
Tom has been with Medray all of his working life and with almost 30 years experience in x-ray there is little he has not seen and conquered. So no matter how old your processor, Tom has probably worked or seen it and subject to parts, gets it going for you. One of his areas of specialisation is veterinary mobile and static x-ray units where he carries out Calibration certification on these units.
Tony Wickham
Tony has over 22 years of experience working on medical equipment for 3M, Imation and Kodak. He is also a Microsoft certified professional and is well liked and respected by customers. His long association with the x-ray industry has brought him from processors to laser printers and from CR's to PACS/RIS. Tony has a keen interest in sports and current affairs.
Darren Granahan
Darren comes from west of the Shannon and has joined Medray as a Field Service Engineer. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, this experience will support our Conventional, Veterinary and NDT markets, where mechanical engineering is still widely used.
Receptionist / AdministratorGeraldine Mooney
Geraldine has moved from our role as Service Co-ordinator, to being the new voice of Medray. Geraldine with many years experience as a receptionists at our neighbours PWA, brings to Medray, a unique telephone voice, as she navigates you calls to the right person.
Marketing ExecutiveAgnes Paliga
Agnes is our Marketing Executive, who has a Master degree in Marketing and Management and a Diploma in PR issued by Public Relations Institute of Ireland. With over 6 years of experience in Marketing, Agnes is responsible for all our marketing activities including strategy, branding, print and social media. She is fluent in Polish, English and German, with a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
Graphic DesignerSean Kehoe
Sean is a Graphic Designer, who is constantly placed under pressure to create and produce monthly E-zines, promotional flyers, Website updates, as well as our suite of product catalogues. Sean’s ability to work a speed and understand the brief allows Medray to continue to inform customers of potential savings and monthly special offers.
Sales Executives:
Jason Roddy (Technical Sales Lead)
Jason was once our engineer based in Sligo, catering for the needs of customers on the western seaboard. Since the departure of Meagan, back to Canada, Jason has decided to bring his technical knowledge to the sales arena. With the industry clearly moving in the digital direction of the coming years Jason is well equipped to seek advice and guidance to customers embracing this new technological area.
Cyril Johnson
Cyril is the Sales Manager for our Medical Consumables Division, having gained considerable experience in this field with Fleming Medical. Cyril's remit is to market Medray's exclusive range of medical consumables under the company brand 'Medplus'. During these challenging times, Cyril is likely to provide you with a cost saving programme as you find it more and more difficult to deliver saving within the Irish Health Service Executive.
Bryan Gee
Bryan's role is to expand and market Medray’s growing portfolio of veterinary products with particular emphasis in veterinary consumable sales. As well as fulfilling your daily practice requirements we will soon be adding an extensive range of special dietary foods from Proctor and Gamble, i.e. Eukanuba and IAMS. With Bryan’s knowledge of all things equine coupled with his BSc in Agriculture he hopes to develop and nurture a successful trading relationship with the veterinary market. A keen sportsman, having competed at National level in equestrian sports, Bryan was also a former Captain of the Portlaoise rugby team.
Customer Service Supervisor
Lyndsey Byrne
Lyndsey was employed by Agfa for 6 years before joining Medray in January 2006. Her role is to process all of your equipment sales orders and queries. She is also responsible for queries and orders arising in our NDT, Dosimetry and our new Medical Consumable divisions.
Customer Care Co-OrdinatorsDaphne Byrne
Daphne joined us in January 2007 as part of the transfer of Agfa Ireland's digital imaging business. As Customer Care Co-Ordinator, we can rely on the vast range of experience she gained while managing the administration side of Agfa’s healthcare business for 3 years prior to her joining Medray.
Cathriona Dunne
Cathriona's role is to ensure all orders for consumable products, including Film and Chemistry, are process and arrive to you on time. She is also responsible for the Grahame Gardner uniform division.
Natalie Brennan(Accounts Assistance)
Natalie joined the company in 2010 and has completed year one of a HND in Business & Accountancy achieving distinctions in her accounting subjects. Natalie brings all the practicalities and promptness needed in our busy orders and finance office.
Warehouse AssistanceMat Tougher
Mat is the guy responsible for assembling and ensuring your orders reach you on time and are presented in a professional manner. With a portfolio of products exceeding 1000 from over 500 locations, it is a tough job to ensure each order is correct and ready for delivery anywhere in the 32 countries by 3.00pm each day.
